Ordering Information
We
can accept EPS or Adobe Illustrator files. Please fax hard copy after emailing.
We do not accept jpg, Microsoft Word or bmp files.

Call or fax your order

Provide item(s) wanted,
quantity, color of imprint, shipping and billing addresses and phone/fax
number

Approve the artwork and
pricing, then fax back.

Fax orders are taken 24
hours a day and processed the next working day.

We accept checks, VISA or
MasterCard. Production will begin when payment is
received.

You may fax your order to 815-939-7812, 24/7. We will contact you the first
business
day after we receive your order, with shipping charges and any special
instructions. Please have a VISA or MASTERCARD
available, or please send a check.
Quantities
Delivered:
Overruns or under runs not to exceed 10% of the amount ordered shall
constitute an acceptable delivery and the excess or
deficiency shall be charged or
credited to the customer proportionately. Delivery is based on actual working
days and Campaign Promotions will not be held responsible for non-delivery due
to acts of God, strikes, or other conditions beyond the control of Campaign
Promotions.
Prices:
All prices are subject to change without notice and do not include shipping and
handling
charges, plus state and local taxes.
Claims:
Shortages, damage or errors must be reported within 5 days from receipt, or
orders will be regarded as complete and correct. Damage claims must be filed
with delivering carrier promptly. Re-orders after 12 months
may be subject to new set up charges. By accepting this order the
customer agrees to pay and discharge all reasonable costs, attorney fees and
expenses that shall be made and incurred by Campaign Promotions, in enforcing
this order. This document shall be accepted as a binding agreement upon
authorization.
Fax proofs available for
$10.00 per proof.
Returns:
Promotions and be accompanied by a return authorization number to receive
credit.
Artwork:
type styles, or your
camera ready type styles, logo, or original artwork as needed. A minimum of
$20.00 service charge will be applied if it is necessary for us to make your
artwork camera ready. You may make one change to the faxed, camera ready art
work. All other changes will be charged at $10.00 each.
Terms: Payment with each
order.
Master Card, Visa, or checks are acceptable. There is a $75.00 service fee
charged for all N.S.F. checks returned.
Production and Shipping Time:
Is based on actual working days. (Saturdays, Sundays & Holidays excluded.)
Production time starts the day after an order is received
Shipping time of goods is not considered part of production working days.
